Would I ever imagine to work on component going into space ? Probably not… It’s a combination of pleasure and pride to see those components on which I worked with my own hands in the sky or further. With these experiences, I’m learning and developing my skills every day.
There are of course high expectations from customers, but the positive atmosphere and the human centric exchanges within the team keep me motivated and willing to always go the extra mile.
From engineering to production management, I have had the chance to grow. I now lead and continue to learn from a team of 82 experienced individuals as General Manager within the business unit of Sonaca North America St Charles, Missouri.
