The two major Belgian aerospace players, Sonaca and Orizio Group (Sabca and Sabena Engineering), have signed today an agreement to strengthen their commercial and operational collaboration in the Belgian defense sector. This agreement will allow the two companies to develop synergies and to join forces for military commercial offers. The strategic objective is to strengthen the participation of Belgian industry in the defense sector.
The CEOs of Sonaca Group, Yves Delatte, and Orizio Group, Stéphane Burton, met today to sign the first partnership between the two major Belgian aerospace players. By joining forces, the two partners will be able to provide the most competitive products, services and solutions in the defense sector.

This agreement defines the principles of a commercial and operational collaboration between the two partners with a view to developing their respective core businesses, developing and marketing new products / services / solutions together at the Defense level and creating added value through reciprocal subcontracting. The two companies are thus committed, among other things, to joining forces to meet the future needs of the Belgian Defense in the aerospace field.
